stayed in wonderful deluxe queen room with a private balcony as well as balcony/terrace. the staff was very friendly and especially helpful with advice and suggestions.

They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to offer recommendations or assistance. Lastly, the rooms were great value for money. Despite being a smaller hotel, they paid close attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony, which was a lovely touch.

The lack of cleanliness in the room was unbearable - it was dirty and smelly, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. The shower didn't work properly, and the tap kept getting stuck.
